Workout-
5 sets of 5 Double KB squats with 35s
4 1/2 min Clean and Jerk Long Cycle R hand 56 reps
4 1/2 min Clean and Jerk Long Cycle L hand 56 reps
9 min non-stop.....most I've ever done. The goal is 59 reps per 5 min. I'm almost there!
Presses with 26
Tried some catch and release swings but started to rip some skin on my finger so decided to stop
Food-
Breakfast:
3 turkey sausages
rasp. blueberries, and strawberries
Apple post workout
Lunch:
My normal salad
Almonds for snack
Dinner:
Chuck roast with green beans
Almonds (that I covered with a little bit of melted choc....I needed it tonight! Been a LONG 3 weeks! Husband comes home in 3 days! WHOO-HOO)
