4 min set of CLJ 48 reps

4 min set of CLJ 49 reps

Food-

Breakfast:

3 turkey sausages

blueberries and strawberries

 

Skinny Sugar free coffee

 

Lunch:

"Salad"

 

Snack:

almonds and a little watermelon

 

Dinner:

Hamburger patty with cheese

potatoe
