- Cup of coffee with a little cinnamon vanilla creamer

- Big piece of jerky

- 2 eggs scrambled in butter, seasoned with ground pepper

11:50AM

- Big handful of almonds

1:00PM

- 5 thin slices of deli ham

2:00PM

- A 1/4lb hotdog dipped in ketchup

- A few bites of full fat cottage cheese

2:30-3:30PM

- 2 squares of 60% cacao dark chocolate

*Kind of snacky for a good chunk of the day; not much sounded good...

6:45PM

- Big bowl of gumbo

- A few handfuls of tortilla chips

- Small glass of sweet red wine
