50 push-ups

50 sit-ups

50 swings with 44lb KB

50 goblet squats with 26lb KB

50 snatches 25L/25R with 26lb KB

50 reverse lunges 25L/25R with 26lb KB

1/4 Mile Run

I wrote this workout based on things we have done in class. Coach said shoot to finish in 45 mins I finished in 37 mins.

2 minutes at each station, 1 minute rest between each station:

Burpees

Snatches 

Squats

Push press

Ring rows

Then 7 minutes of 40yd sprints, then 5 more minutes of 200yd sprints.

Double 32kg Kettlebell Workout: Squats, Presses and Pullups

Double kettlebells for a few weeks.



Squats (mostly for flexibility and stability, while recovering from a pulled hamstring).



Double presses supersetted with pullups.



10 sets of 5 week 1.



8 sets of 6 week 2.



6 sets of 8 week 3.



90 seconds rest between sets, in order to reduce soreness and hypertrophy. Working on strength and stability. I'm as big as I need to be.
