I've been thinking for awhile now that it would be a good idea for me to have some accountability in my nutrition/eating. And keeping track of where I'm at workout wise is always good too!!!

Workout for 7/19:
The goal is to help strengthen my back and slim down the junk in my trunk! :)
10 sets of 5 reps of double kettlebell squats with the 35lb with 2 min rest inbetween each set.
10 sets of 5 double kettlebell presses with the 26lb followed…

Tues:
Not sure what all I did. Skill day which equals sweat day for me! :) Didn't get it all done but did come home and do the walking lunges!

Had to do it at home so I only had a 26. So did all presses and swings with 26. Some 1 arm swings and some catch and release.

tried with 35 and did fine until it ripped my hand. Did the rest with 26.

Monday:
started ladder sets. tried with the 35lb but could not get that stinkin thing up with my left arm, so did them with the 26lb.
did 3 sets
Tues:
tried a pull-up when I got there and got my chin above the bar and held it there for a couple of sec FOR THE 1st TIME!

Started ladder sets today....not going to lie. VERY disappointed in myself that I couldn't press that stinkin 35 on my left side.
