6 TIMED LADDER SUPERSETS OF TRAPBAR DEADLIFTS AND OVERHEAD PRESSES: ALL DEADLIFTS @ 335#, ALL PRESSES WITH 28KG X 2. 60 TOTAL REPS OF EACH EXERCISE IN 30 MINUTES.

NUTRITION:

Kind of an experimental day. This particular workout really throws my whole body upside down. This was a massive carb refeed. Not exactly a cheat meal.

NUTRITION:

 Cheat meal today at dinner. Fajitas with corn tortillas sounded good for this week's cheat. I fried the tortillas in coconut oil and made mostly my own seasonings and used local raised grassfed beef for the steak. A bunch of steamed spinach with tons of butter and lemon was "dessert" so I don't know if I really can give myself a huge applause for this cheat.

nutrition 4/2

Breakfast lunch and dinner were all on par.  

I exercised again at 4:30pm 

bench press ladder. 3 rounds of 10 X 135 lbs. Then did 3 reps at 185, then 3 at 205, then max reps at 185, then max reps at 145, then max reps at 95.  Hell of a chest work out.

3 rounds of 25 hip extensions and 400m row.

Kelley food log 4/2/15

After I put my kid to bed I got a serious craving for something/anything. While I searched the cupboard and fridge for something I leanrdd the importance yet again if not having those bad foods in the house because surely I would have eaten something if I had found it.

After not having any scale movement for a while the scale went down to 175 this morning! Woo! I needed a little more fat today but didnt feel ravenous without it.

4/1 Nutrition

Well I passed the test today as it was my birthday. I did not indulge and stayed the course on my eating.  Kristie and I have our cheat meal planned for Sunday (Easter). 

Exercise:

5 Rounds of 16 weighted squats (95lbs in the back rack position) and 15 GHD sit-ups. 

Since we wont be meeting this weekend I will report my weight.  This morning I was at 222 lbs on my scale which is traditionally lower than yours by a couple of pounds, plus I was not wearing any clothes and…

nutrition 3/31

breakfast and lunch were repititive. Dinner was a tacoish salad with a little salsa and cheese, but nothing excessive.

Exercise: 

5 X 5 Heavy Deadlift, I worked my way up to 295 and it was all I wanted. The we did a 5 minute sprint of 5 shoulder press, 8 wall ball shots, and 10 air squats.
