Jim, I'll get caught up on my logs soon... Here's today's.

Sleep last night 9:00p-8:00a

This felt absolutely amazing after my lack of sleep over the weekend.

8:30a

Eggs, arrowroot, 1 tablespoon butter

2:00p

Squats and weighted crawls!!

Barbell back squats: 1x8 @ 95#, 1x8 @ 115#, 1x6 @ 135#, 1x4 @ 175#, 2x3 @ 185#

Front squats: 1x8 @ 95#

Weighted forward crawls: 1x50' @ 240#, 1x50' @ 330#, 2x50' @ 420#

Weighted backward crawl: 1x50' @ 105#

This was awful. My lungs were on fire. My shoulders were on fire. My quads were on fire. Pretty much everything sucked.

4:30p

2 bell peppers, 1 oz cheese, 1 oz almonds, a few dried cherries, 1 square unsweetened chocolate

10:00p

1oz cheese, several florets cauliflowers blended into a mush with salt and butter

I haven't really been hungry the last couple days. I haven't really eaten much, I know. Should I be eating more? Even though I'm not super hungry?

Hey, if you aren't hungry, don't eat. Maybe that cheat meal was good enough to hold you over a little while. That is normal. I like to see that things seem to be regulating and evening out.

If you don't eat as much for a few days, just accept that you might have extra appetite on another day and eat a little more. I know my intake can vary by up to 2000calories from one day to the next.

I didn't lift as much as I have in the past, just a few weeks ago, but overall energy was good. I've been pretty even keel today. Emotionally, mentally, physically etc feeling pretty normal.
