Afternoon snack
2 low fat string cheeses with 10 whole wheat Ritz crackers

Training: 1 hour Zumba and then I did some sculpting exercises on my own with the 5lb dumbbells before I left the gym

6:00p
1 grilled chicken breast, 1 corn on the cob with butter, 1 cup steamed broccoli, 1 cup brown rice
