so this weekend was dedicated to staying on top of my challenge. completed 300 snatches on 6/27 and 210 on 6/28.... will finish up the 1000 for the week tomorrow..

Trip or not, I still managed to use my portable gym - 32kg kettlebell - for a smoking workout. Sometimes it is good to limit yourself to only one weight to force yourself to work on things you might overlook otherwise. I found today I need to work on the bent press way more.

6/22 oh no!! now behind a few snatches... double clean n jerks, push ups and 200 snatches.

6/23 100 tire jumps, 60 push ups and 250 snatches (final 100 done with the 44lb) catching up on the snatch challenge
