I vacuum and mop the training floor of my gym every day. Starting a new habit of leaving a kettlebell at the end and doing sets of swings as I get from one end to the other. I left a 24kg at the end and did a set after every "lap" with the vacuum and then the mop. It is a great way to get a little extra low-level movement into the day.

About 20 minutes alternating 50ft leopard crawls and Spiderman crawls, with 24kg swings. Goblet squats 3X5 w/24kg. 500ft total crawling.

Took an easy training week last week in preparation for two days of training with Steve Maxwell. I took a bodyweight conditioning course and a mobility conditioning course. Tons of great information and confirmation that what I have been doing is spot on.

50 DOUBLE KETTEBELL PRESSES (DOUBLE 53# BELLS) AND 50 SINGLE ARM ROWS (88#), IN SUPERSETS WITH 1 MINUTE BETWEEN SETS. These bells are light, but I have been having issues pressing for the past several months. I tried to emphasize steady concentric and eccentric phases of the movement.

UPHILL-DOWNHILL SPRINTS 50YDS OUT, 50YDS BACK X 10, MAX EFFORT.
Did these at the range today during some timed strings of fire on a 1/4 size IPSC steel silhouette at 15yds.
Used shot timer to time start of run to first hit on target. Goal of 20 seconds to first hit on the steel. Then, repeat for five singles from the holster with a goal of 100% accuracy in less than 2 seconds per shot. Easy at first, but the goal was to…
