16 TAEKWON-DO HYUNGS, ALTERNATED WITH HEAVY BAG DRILLS. SPARRING, BREAKING.

4 TABATA HILL SPRINT ROUNDS

100% effort up Squaw Butte road (if you know that road, you know how steep it is). Cut the rest period to 3 minutes between rounds and was not quite recovered fully between rounds. This was pretty bad. I felt like I was going to throw up for almost an hour afterwards.

NUTRITION:

Planned cheat meal out with friends. Strict other than that. 

5/19

Fasted all day until after hill sprints about 4pm, so about 20hr fast. 

230pm-

3 scoops Muscletech Neurocore

5pm-

50gr Carnivore protein

handful of dried fruit and raw almond mix

fish oil

cod liver oil

930pm-

1 tbsp coconut oil

huge 1/2 rack of BBQ pork spare ribs

whole bunch of pan cooked asparagus with butter and lemon

bunch of steamed broccoli with butter and lemon

fish oil

cod liver oil
