a couple organic sausages with hot mustard

small bowl filled with blueberries and raw almonds

200mg caffeine

10pm-

huge spinach salad with 2 large grilled chicken breasts and a whole bunch of misc stuff

experimented with "dessert" of stuffed jalapenos with cream cheese, wrapped in bacon

5000iu vitamin D

12am-

Zn, Mg, B6, melatonin
