6 rounds in 20 min of:
5 double 26lbs squats
8 snatches ea arm
12 push-ups on kettlebell handles

Did 9 ladders:
Had to do it at home so I only had a 26. So did all presses and swings with 26. Some 1 arm swings and some catch and release.
