9/22... with a shoulder injury i was unable to do snatches or even TGU so i stuck to swings.... 25 minutes of man makers.. a 62lb on one side of the field and the 53lb on the other...

9/15.. WARM UP WITH TGU 26LB, 35LB, 44LB... 4 ROUNDS 50 SWINGS W 70LB.. DONE ON THE MINUTE.. 25 PUSH UPS 25 RING ROWS . 450YD RUN..

9/11 10 min swings @ 20 reps per minute, 10 min jerks @ 5 reps per min, 10 min TGU
9/12 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reverse lunges with 35LB, 24" tire jumps, push ups, and snatches w the 44LB
9/13 50-40-30 for a total 120 wall balls (used the 20LB) double 35LB jerks 50-20-15 for a total of 85

9/9 5 min TGU w/ 26, 35, 44... 100 swings 20 jerks.. 80 swings 16 jerks... 60 swings 12 jerks... 40 swings 8 jerks.. 20 swings 4 jerks.. i started the swings with the 70 but had to scale down to the 62 after the first 2 sets..
today may be a rest day..... maybe ; )

I FORGOT WHAT I DID ON 9/3 AND 9/4 .... I'M SURE IT WAS FUN THOUGH.. I SEEM TO RECALL PUSHUPS (ALOT OF THEM) ON KETTLEBELL HANDLES
9/7 TOTAL OF 400 REPS... 100 EACH... SWINGS W/ 72; SQUATS; RING ROWS; PUSH UPS .. COOLED OFF WITH SINGLE ARM SWINGS AND A COUPLE OF LAPS AROUND THE SOCCER FIELD.
9/8 LADDERS TO 10 THEN BACK DOWN FROM 5... DOUBLE CLEAN N JERK W/ 35's, PULL UPS, BURPEES... MY WHOLE BODY HURT AFTER THIS ONE...
