STARTING A NEW ROUTINE.. DEAD LIFTS!!!
7/13 185 X 5 170 X 5 followed by the remaining 123 snatches.. finished them off with a 44lb on the minute reps of 6L/6R
7/14 185 X 5 170 X 5 followed by 21-15-9 wall balls, swings were doubled with the 70LB and pull ups. tested my 300yd sprint.. down to 51 seconds (last test was 2 weeks ago at 1:00)
