7/11 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of push jerks with double 35lb, ring rows, snatches.. 168 total reps
7/12 almost done with teh 5000 in 5 week challenge.. did 300 snatches in 15 minutes... ouch!!! this pace hurts..
