7/6 did a real quick one... wrapped up week 4 of snatches with 260 alternating 35 and 44... hands need a break..
7/7 dared to do the 400 rep workout with Jim's help.. 50 tire jumps 50 pushups 50 ring rows 50 squats 50 swings 50 snatches 50 knees to elbow and 50 push jerks ... wow!!!!!
