breakfast 2 cups black coffe, 2 strips of turkey bacon (i made the mistake of putting it in my mouth before reading the ingredients...3rd item on the list...SUGAR)

lunch 2 small pork ribs 5 spears asparagus 2 hard boiled eggs

dinenr 4 oz talapia grilled in a little butter, sauteed onios-bell peppers-mushrooms, baby spinach drizzled with home made dressing (olive oil with an italian herbs and celery salt)

dessert small portion of spaghetti squash... yummy  :)

workout warmup 5 minutes of burpees  TABATA sets!!! 1st set ball slams/swings 2nd situps/burpees 3rd squats/squat jumps 4th ring rows/pushups

Bacon is OK! Diane actually covers that in the FAQs manual.

Q: What about bacon or other cured meats with
sugar in the ingredient list?
A: These are allowed on The 21-Day Sugar Detox. Since the
purpose of the detox is to remove most sweet tasting and
dense-carb sources from your regular diet, these foods are
fine for the 21 days. Just double check the grams of
carbohydrates listed per serving. If it is under 4g, you’re good
to go (which it should be on any meats that are cured this way
as little sugar remains after the curing process is completed).
