WORK OUT 7/27 AND 7/28

7/27 DEADLIFTS 220 X 5 AND 200 X 5 FOLLOWED BY AN INTENSE 17 MIN... 3 ROUNDS EACH EXCERSICE ON THE MINUTE MAX REPS: SINGLE ARM THRUSTERS (WITH THE 44), SWINGS 70LB, PUSH PRESSES 44LB, HI PULLS 53LB AND SNATCHES W/ 44LB....... OUCH!!!!!

7/28 DEADLIFTS 225 X 5 AND 205 X 5 THEN 15 MIN OF RUNNING THE SOCCER FIELD ALTERNATING WITH 10 SWINGS 70LB AND PUSH PRESSES W/ 44LB

7/20 DEADLIFTS 200 X 5 180 X 5 FOLLOWED BY 5 ROUNDS OF DOUBLE CLEAN N JERKS WITH 35LBS AND 20 TIRE JUMPS

7/21 DEADLIFTS 205 X 5 185 X 5 FOLLOWED BY 20 MIN ON SOCCER FIELD ALTERNATING 70 LB SWINGS (10 REPS X 10) PUSH JERKS 5 REPS PER ARM COMPLETED 9 TIMES... THIS ONE HURT A LITTLE.

7/22 SLACKED

7/23 DEADLIFTS 210 X 5 190 X 5 FOLLOWED BY 5 ROUNDS OF SNATCHES 10 REPS PER ARM WITH THE 44 AND 10 KNEES TO ELBOWS PER ROUND.. FEEL GREAT.. READY TO DO ANOTHER WORKOUT!!!

work out 7/17 thru 7/19

7/17 deadlifts 195 X 5 175 X 5 then snatches with the 35 (no 44 available) 1min left 1min right at 25 reps per minute rest 2 minutes did that 5 times total of 200 snatches \

slacked for 2 days.. over 55 family members in town from cali nevada washington and arizona... back at it tuesday 7 am!!!!

WORK OUT 7/13 & 7/14

STARTING A NEW ROUTINE.. DEAD LIFTS!!!

7/13 185 X 5 170 X 5 followed by the remaining 123 snatches.. finished them off with a 44lb on the minute reps of 6L/6R

7/14 185 X 5 170 X 5 followed by 21-15-9 wall balls, swings were doubled with the 70LB and pull ups. tested my 300yd sprint.. down to 51 seconds (last test was 2 weeks ago at 1:00)

work out 7/10; 7/11 and 7/12

7/10 5 rounds 30 box jumps 30 push ups 30 snatches.. whoooa...

7/11 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 reps of push jerks with double 35lb, ring rows, snatches.. 168 total reps

7/12 almost done with teh 5000 in 5 week challenge.. did 300 snatches in 15 minutes... ouch!!! this pace hurts..

work out log 7/6 and 7/7

7/6 did a real quick one... wrapped up week 4 of snatches with 260 alternating 35 and 44... hands need a break..

7/7 dared to do the 400 rep workout with Jim's help.. 50 tire jumps 50 pushups 50 ring rows 50 squats 50 swings 50 snatches 50 knees to elbow and 50 push jerks ... wow!!!!!

work out 7/4 and 7/5

7/4 8 rounds... warm up 5 minutes TGU with the 35 and 44 ... 15L/15R snatches with the 44LB 5 thrusters with 35LB.. total 240 snatches 40 thrusters. a little behind on snatches but will make it up this week..

7/5 warm up 10 min TGU both 35 and 44.. then snatches.. just snatches 300 total followed by 20 reps of half TGU and 50 situps...

6/29 AND 6/30 LOG

6/29 21-18-15-12-9-6-3 snatches both left and right and mixed in knees to elbows starting with 18 reps on those.. finished off the remaining 32 snatches for a total of 200 tried a 300 yard sprint for the first time since my broken foot.. not as quick as I'd hoped but a respectable 1minute flat..
