3-10-10

After a decent break from heavy lifting I'm back at it. Starting the power to the people program again but am going to try it with multiple exercises. All sets are of 5 reps.

Deadlift- 295/265

Barbell shoulder press- 115/105

Pull-up- 45/35

Squat- 165/150

Bench- 155/135

Snatch- 75/75

5 MINUTES (NOT COUNTING REPS) WITH 24KG

5 MINUTES SWINGS WITH 24KG @ 20 RPM. (Uh, that would be my new shiny green Ader Pro-Grade bell).

200 SNATCHES WITH 24KG:
4, 2-MINUTE SETS AT 20RPM
2, 2-MINUTE SETS AT 10 RPM

5 MINUTES SWINGS WITH 24KG.

I slacked on my swings this week. I was nursing a pulled muscle, and am working my way back into it.
