After a decent break from heavy lifting I'm back at it. Starting the power to the people program again but am going to try it with multiple exercises. All sets are of 5 reps.

Deadlift- 295/265

Barbell shoulder press- 115/105

Pull-up- 45/35

Squat- 165/150

Bench- 155/135

Snatch- 75/75

Yes, that does say bench. Last time around I did push-ups, this time i switching it to bench. Just be okay with it. Pull-ups are with a plate on a weight belt. Squats are NOT on the smith rack. The snatch is olympic style, going down to full squat. No split snatches.

Ate plenty throughout the day but not too much. Felt good and strong while lifting. Probably could've used a bit more water. DL was easy, SP was moderate, PU were way too light, SQ was moderate, B was easy, Sn was too easy but focus was on form.

I have a squat rack at my gym now. You can do curls there now.

I do those the same days you do your cat/cow yoga stretches.
