Because of my schedule today didn't get in to the gym so I did:
2 mile run

Taco Salad (romaine lettuce, ground beef with taco seasoning, cheddar cheese)

Not sure what is up with me but I am still not doing 100%. WAY lacking energy, a persistent cough and just plain blah-ness. Really hoping that I kick it soon!

WORKOUT:
6 sets of 2,3,5 ladder sets double kb presses with 26s supersetted with pull-ups on the 2 and then high pulls with the 53 on the 3 and 5 ladders.
Lunch:
Greek yogurt with 1/4 sliced home-canned peach and a little truvia
1/4 cucumber
carrots
brocc. all with a little ranch

5 Rounds 5 reps of suitcase deadlifts w/ 70s
2 rounds of 5 reps of double kb squats w/35s (didn't get all 5 rounds in)

Great big salad from Idaho Pizza Company!
Ran 2 1/2 miles and did some extra squats
3 bites of a ice cream bar that my husband had.

After being gone all weekend and getting the flu/cold on top of that this has not been the best weekend/start to my week that I would have liked!

My WONDERFUL AMAZING sister-in-law brought me a coffee to work mid-morning. Since I had already had one I drank half of it at lunch and am saving the other half for tomorrow! My dear sweet co-worker brought me a box of sugar-babys at lunch today. Since I didn't want to hurt her feelings by not eating some I opened them and decided to have just a few. Ran 2.5 miles first thing this morning
Breakfast:

Workout:
5 rounds of 5 suitcase dead lifts with 70's
5 rounds of 5 double kb squats (really wanted to do all of these with the 44s but as soon as I squatted with them my back said NO WAY so went down to the 35s)
