Breakfast:

3 pieces of bacon

2 eggs cooked in 1tbs coconut oil

Lunch:

I have been struggling with a stomach bug since Sunday morning so I have been struggling with even wanting to eat but I knew that I wanted to eat to give myself energy for my upcoming workout. So I made myself:

1/2 bag of frozen veggies

1 chicken burger

1/2 avocodo

2 slices of apple

I only ate half of this

Had the other half for dinner

also had a green salad with lettuce, cucumber, carrots, brocc, and a little tomato and some sunflower seeds

WORKOUT:

5 reps of sumo deadlift with 175

rest 3 min

5 reps of sumo deadlift with 175

rest 2 min

12 sets of 5 reps deadlift with the trap with 135

very small rest between sets

5 reps of double kb presses with 35

rest 3 min

3 reps with 35s

rest 2 min

3 reps with 35s

6 sets of 6 reps with double 26s

6 sets of 5 reps with double 26s

very small rest between sets

2 scoops of muscle milk protein shake

I put all my food into myfitnesspal and know that I underate today. Didn't even get in 100g of protein. Gonna have to make some changes to make sure I'm getting my numbers in. Having an upset stomach help.
