After being gone all weekend and getting the flu/cold on top of that this has not been the best weekend/start to my week that I would have liked!

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

coffee w/ 2% milk and sugar free syrup

 

Lunch:

1 chick saus

Mixed Veggies

1 cookie

 

Snack:

handful of almonds

 

Dinner:

Roast Beef from the crock-pot with a little ketchup

Green salad

 

Workout:

Feeling about 65% today with this stinkin cold thing so I struggled through the workout but SO glad that I went and did it! 4 days of not going to the gym was WAY to long for me!

 

5 Rounds of 5 reps of:

Double suitcase deadlifts with the 70s

Double kettlebell squats with the 35s

7 Rounds of 10 reps of:

10 goblet squats with the 35

 

Tried to do a couple double kb snatches with the 26s but my body was done!

Great job Pam! Working out with a cold I think just stinks period, but sucking it up and pushing thru is rewarding! =)
