Breakfast:

Left over eggs and sausage from last night

Coffee with 2% milk and sugar free syrup

 

Lunch:

Chicken patty

Steamed veggies

 

Small handful of almonds

 

Workout:
4 ladders of 2,3,5 reps of double kettlebell presses with the 26s supersetted with pull-ups (some on bar some with assisted pull-up machine)

Tried something new tonight.....double snatches!!! LOVED THEM! They are tons of fun! Jim said I could count each rep as two since I was doing double. So the first 100(50) I did non-stop with the 18s. Then I did 40(20) with the 26s and then 60(30) with the 18s. Way fun!!!

 

So 200 snatches down!

 

Dinner:

2 chicken saus.

sauteed zucc and onions

 

Was craving popcorn but instead I tried Rachelle's snack idea (THANKS RACHELLE)

1/2 cup of Fage Yogurt with some sugar free pudding powder mixed in. Not to bad. Actually kinda yummy!

Try the lemon sugar free gelatine...EVEN BETTER!! =) And good girl skipping out on the popcorn! ;)
