Not sure what all I did. Skill day which equals sweat day for me! :) Didn't get it all done but did come home and do the walking lunges!

20 sec swings w/35 catch and release
10 sec rest
20 sec push-ups (very proud to say I did not ONCE go down on my knees)
10 sec rest
