9-29-10

Not quite sure all of what I did today but it went a little something like this......

25 pull-ups
20 dips
50 freaking wall balls.....oh how I loathe those!
30 K2E
50 1 arm-swings
25L/25R snatches
30 2-arm swings
30 catch and release swings
15L/15R clean and jerks...which I really suck at
9 burpees

Or something like that
Was breathing hard through the whole thing!

9-28-10

Warm-up 10 min snatches

100 squats
100 swings-went light on these, back still bothering a little
30 man push-ups...at least no knees for me
50 ring-rows

Came home and felt wimpy about my 30 push-ups so I did 20 more.

Sofia and Rene totally are so inspiring! They both were amazing tonight!!!!

5 knees to elbows

25 min and kicked my hinney

Learned clean and jerk today....sort-of.....have a long way to go til that one looks good.

9-15-10

Amazing day for me today!!!! Finally pressed the 35ib kettlebell for 3 reps today. After 3 weeks of TGU I was able to do that today! I am so stoked!!!

50 arm to arm swings
25 ring-rows
40 catch and release swings
20 ring-rows
30 catch and release swings
15 ring-rows
20 catch and release swings
10 ring-rows
10 catch and release swings
5 ring-rows

Also re-learned the snatch tonight.
Think I did about 100 snatches

After doing only swings and TGU for the past 3 weeks todays workout was a little harder than I anticipated!

And yes Jim....I should of done level 3! Next time!!!

Can't remember the exact #'s but it went something like this:
40 Box-jumps
20 Pull-ups
400 yd run

30 Box-jumps
16 Pull-ups
400 yd run

20 Box-Jumps
12 Pull-ups
400 yd run

10 Box-jumps
8 Pull-ups
400 yd run

KICKED MY BUTT :)

20 min of TGU alternating between the 18,26 and 35

500 Swings
Using the 18 (one-armed swings)
Using the 26(release or chest taps or claps)
Using the 35(normal swings or release)
Using the 44(normal swings)

1,000 swings the past 2 days!!!
2,000 for the "week"

9-1-2010

WHOO-HOO!!!! So I just added up my swings for the week HOPING that I got close to my 1,500 (plus 100 extra from last week that I didn't get done) and I did 1,635 total!!! YEAH!!!

15 min TGU- 3 sets of 5 min each with mainly the 26
600 swings-used the 18 quite a bit tonight with one-arm swings and the 26 doing release and clap swings.
