After 2 days of being flat on my back (or curled up in a little ball) with the cold/flu I finallly felt like I could function somewhat normally through a day.

Breakfast:

3 Turk saus

banana

 

Lunch:

Amylou chicken patty

broc and caulif.

 

about 6 almonds

1-19

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

2 eggs

 

Lunch:

Salad bar at Idaho Pizza Company! LOVE THAT PLACE!

Workout:

8 sets of 8 reps of with 30 sec rest between sets of:

double kb squats

t-bar raises

double kb presses

 

15 rounds of:

5 burpees, 5 swings with the 70 on the minute

 

small apple post work-out

1-18-12

Rest day

 

Breakfast:

3 Turk saus

coffee

 

Lunch:

Large green salad with lettuce, spinach, cucumbers, tom., carrots, broc. 

1 chick saus

side of honey mustard that I dipped my fork in a little

 

handful of almonds

 

Dinner:

Taco soup without the chips

1-17-12

Breakfast:

3 turk saus

1/2 cup fage yogurt with sf jam added

 

handful of almonds

 

Lunch:

Chicken breast

Raw carrots and broccoli

avocado with a little ff sour cream mixed in

 

WORKOUT:

25 min walking/running on treadmill at 10% incline

10 min alternating on the minute with slow push-ups and clap push-ups

 

10 almonds

Breakfast:

3 Turk Saus

WORKOUT:

8 min practice of long cycle clean and jerk

8 sets of 8 reps with 30 sec rest:

double kb squats-with 26s

t-bar raises-with 45

double kb presses-with 18s

4 rounds of:

5 double kb squats with 35s

8 jump squats

2 scoops of protein powder

4 apple slices

3 pieces of jerky

Cliff bar-----I realize this wasn't the best…

Breakfast:

2 fish-oil

1/2 cup coffee

 

WORKOUT:

Woke up this morning, got out of bed and about hit the floor. Did something to my hip/lower back. Same area that I have battled before. Not sure what caused it.....felt fine during my workout last night and going to bed. Got up once during the night and didn't have any issues so I am a little confused to what caused it to flare up again. Anywho....decided to go the gym to stretch and foam…
