Breakfast:

3 Turk Saus

WORKOUT:

8 min practice of long cycle clean and jerk

8 sets of 8 reps with 30 sec rest:

double kb squats-with 26s

t-bar raises-with 45

double kb presses-with 18s

4 rounds of:

5 double kb squats with 35s

8 jump squats

2 scoops of protein powder

4 apple slices

3 pieces of jerky

Cliff bar-----I realize this wasn't the best choice....

Went for a quick run....not sure how long or how far....just went to see how the knee would do.

Dinner:

Taco salad- ground beef, lettuce, cheese, avocado/fat free sour cream

handful of carrots and broccoli with a little of ranch

cup of green tea
