Scaled down to the 26 for one-arm swings. Hands raw. Really working on my grip. Don't want to be a wimp. Working on new technique for pressing.

4 ladders today....guess I'm off on where I should be...YIKES!
All with 26. Hands are a little raw so I did 1 arm swings with 26. Will be doing them with the 35 once hands heal!

2,3,5 presses with 26
one-arm swings 10 per hand per minute
tried with 35 and did fine until it ripped my hand. Did the rest with 26.

I've been forgetting to post.....
started ladder sets. tried with the 35lb but could not get that stinkin thing up with my left arm, so did them with the 26lb.
did 3 sets
tried a pull-up when I got there and got my chin above the bar and held it there for a couple of sec FOR THE 1st TIME!
Started ladder sets today....not going to lie. VERY disappointed in myself that I couldn't press that stinkin 35 on my left side.
