Exercises are done with little to no rest between sets. 1min rest between rounds. Every week count goes up 50 reps.

Pullups felt tough. felt a minor cramp in my right lat so i backed off a bit. Bench was done with feet on bench to maximize instability. *Squats were done 6 hours after the other exercises. this feels much better but a thorough warmup is needed as my sets flt easier and easier with the same weight. Also note, this keyboard at work is a bitch to type on.

deadlift is getting heavy but doable still. shoulder press is with dumbbells. I started over with squat.. i think i might break squats and deadlifts into morning and evening workouts. bench press was done with dumbbells which were way too light. pull ups are getting difficult to complete the 5th rep so i may do three sets at 55 for a few days.

same routine as before, just a little more weight. skipped out on the pullups and snatches because i felt a little twinge while performing the first rep and immediately stopped. better safe than sorry.

Felt focused but somewhat hungry. I really need to eat more. Deadlifts felt easier than previous workout. pullups were easier as well. time to move up or add a set.
