deadlift is getting heavy but doable still. shoulder press is with dumbbells. I started over with squat.. i think i might break squats and deadlifts into morning and evening workouts. bench press was done with dumbbells which were way too light. pull ups are getting difficult to complete the 5th rep so i may do three sets at 55 for a few days.
