Shoulder Press- 115/105/105
Pull-ups- 50/45
Squat- 185/165
Bench- 175/155
Snatch- 85/85
Deadlift was heavy.I think im goin to start the cycle over with shoulder press, im not getting anywhere with it. pullups felt good. squats felt awesome. my weak area with the squat is definately my core. bench is also maxing out soon. snatch is getting too heavy to safely "ease" back onto the ground. looks like im going to start turning some heads. form is feeling great though.
