Deadlift 305x5, 275x5

Standing Barbell Press 105x5, 105x5

Pull-up 45x5, 45x5

Squat 155x5, 135x5

Sets and exercises were 3-4 minutes apart. Pull-ups were done with a dumbbell weight held betwee the knees. Deadlifts were done at 90% of first set.

Felt weak today. Was as focused as a squirrel. Maybe it was my weak diet for the day but I know I drank plenty of water. Work was long and cold and may have played a factor. Blaming it on the country music playing at the gym. Reba Macintire and deadlifts don't mix! Pull-ups felt comfortable. 50 lb weight next time for sure. Squats felt awkward as hell. Don't do them near enough. Focused on STRICT form. Knees DID NOT buckle inward during the beginning of the concentric phase.
