8/26 OMG!!!! warmup was TGU, snatches, goblet squats, cleans, one arm swings followed by a fun 30 minutes of FUN!! total of 100 burpee pullups... again OMG!!!

8/6/10 Workout

1 TGU, 100 swings. 2 TGUs, 75 swings. 3 TGUs, 50 swings, 4 TGUs, 25 swings. TGUs with 26lb KB and Swings with 44lb KB. Everytime I see this workout I think it looks easy, until I do it :)

10 mins of TGUs with 18lb and 26lb KB. 200 swings, 140 with 44lb KB and 60 with 35lb KB.
