Boise Kettlebell Lifting

1 TGU, 100 swings. 2 TGUs, 75 swings. 3 TGUs, 50 swings, 4 TGUs, 25 swings. TGUs with 26lb KB and Swings with 44lb KB. Everytime I see this workout I think it looks easy, until I do it :)

Especially doing 15-20 swings on the minute, but it is a quick way to knock out all the swings I have to do!
