Camping!

Going camping this tomorrow morning!.  Taking my kettlebells!  :)

 

If I find a cell connection, I will post my logs.  Otherwise... Below is what we are taking for food.  We spent quite a bit of time preparing healthy stuff.  Have to see if I face a kid rebellion :)

Workout:

  • Five minutes of half-getups (knee) @ 15lb
  • Two sets of three reps of half-getups (knee) @ 16kg
    • So much weaker on my left side. Think Jim is right that it is a flexibility issue as much as anything.
  • 10 sets of 10 reps of two-handed swings @ 16kg

    • Five halos @ 16kg
    • Five goblet squats at @16kg
  • Five minutes of half-getups @ 16kg
  • Five ladders of presses and seven two-handed swings @ 16kg
  • Nine minutes of man-makers, walking and sets of seven swings
