Workout:

Five minute warm up of two-handed swings, body weight squats & push ups

Two tabatas of one handed swings @ 20kg.  Missed the last two 20 second sets due to nausea.

  • 8.5 hours

 

Nutrition:

 

8:00a - Noon:

One egg with onions, peppers & olive oil

Three strips bacon

Black coffee

4g Fish Oil

1g Tribulus

4000iu Vitimin D

1g Magnesium

 

Noon - 4:00p:

Mongolian BBQ (no noodles)

Apple

Black coffee

4g Fish Oil, 1g Magnesium

1g Tribulus, 2000iu Vitamin D

 

4:00p - 10:00p:

Smoked beef roast with grilled onions

Red cabbage & apple cole slaw

Steamed mixed veggies

2oz 88% organic dark chocolate with almond butter

Diet cola

Two glasses red wine

4g Fish Oil

1g Tribulus

4000iu Vitimin D
