- Five minutes of half-getups.
- Practiced the next step in the turkish-getup without weight

Three figs rolls in unsweetened coconut
Three egg omelet with onions, jalapenos & steak (cooked in coconut oil)
Mixed fruit (melon, blueberries, grapes, pineapple)
