Sunday 2/15/15

Breakfast: Marie Calendars Brunch Buffet. I was looking forward to this for a long time but was very disappointed. The food used to be great at this buffet but not so much this time. I ate 1/2 one piece of french toast, 1/2 blueberry filled crepe, 1/2 a biscuit with gravy, some hash browns that tasted like they were fried in overheated degraded vegetable oil and didn't even touch my eggs Bene.

Valentine's Day

Breakfast - spoonful of almond butter, 1 cup blackberries

Lunch - Trader Joe's Israeli Salad with currants, cousin cous, chicken, cilantro lime dressing, pecans.

Dinner - coconut macaroons and shortbread cookies :( just snacked while I worked.

I'm Back!

Five Years and a Few Pounds Later, I'm back!

Today's meals were not exactly meals...This is the worst day I've had in a while, but I will be honest.



Breakfast - 1/2 apple and some almond butter

Lunch - Organic Coconut Energy Bar, Large box of Blackberries, String Cheese

Dinner - String Cheese, Homemade Quesadilla, McFlurry

Thanks for the props.  It has been a lot of fun (and hard work) to push to the next level.  I'm greatful that I do have such an awesome coach.  Maybe you could talk him into doing a "virtual coach" video for you.  Here's what I did last night 100 reps of each,  pushups on rings, squats, ring rows and swings with the 62 (I backed off a little on the weight of the swings cause I was just flat tired)... Have fun and see you online!!
