Boise Kettlebell Lifting

Workout:

 

4 dead lifts at 135 lbs.

2 dead lifts at 225 lbs.

1 dead lift at 235 lbs.

1 dead lift at 250 lbs. YAY!!

 

100 bent rows with a 44 lb. kb.

100 push ups on the kettlebell handles

200 swings with 53 lb. kb.

 

Yay for accomplishing 3 goals this week!  Now I've got to keep pushing toward those pull ups and come up with some more goals to attain!

 

Food Log:

1 egg, 2 turkey sausage, 1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer

 

Lunch:

Fage with 1/2 peach, chicken feta spinach sausage, salad with a little bit of raspberry vinaigrette

 

Snack:

2 tbsp peanut butter and an apple (I have had a ridiculous sweet tooth that I am trying to satiate without going overboard.... I WANT to make a whole batch of brownies and eat it with a fork, that is what I WANT to do :) )

 

Dinner:

2 eggs, 2 turkey sausage, 1 cup of coffee and 2 tbsp. of creamer

 

Post workout:

Salad with celery, carrots, and a light sprinkling of cheese

Awesome job Rachel!!

 

As far as the brownies..if it's REALLY driving you nuts..maybe just get one of those single serving brownie things that you nuke, and just eat it slowly. I know if you have a constant craving over a long period, it's better to satisfy it with something small to reduce risk of going crazy.
