Workout:

 

8 sets of 6 double front squats with double 44 lb. kb's

 

- I did one set of these with the 53 lb kb's (yay for achieveing a goal!) but my knees started to come in after the first set (I did 4 reps) so I will continue to work on strengthening some more before I try and do multiple reps.

 

8 sets of double presses with the 26 lb. kb's (first set was with the 35 lb's) and 5 pull-ups (80% body weight for round 1, 75% round 2-6, 70% round 7 and 8)

 

At home I did 100 walking lunges, 100 squats, and 100 push ups.

 

ALSO, I strict pressed the 44 lb. kettlebell today!!! Wahoo for achieving another one of my goals!  I have been doing the thrusters to help improve my ability to get it up there without using the push press, and it paid off!  Now we'll see if I can meet my dead lift goal of 250 lbs. on Saturday... we'll see. :)

 

Food Log:

Breakfast:

2 eggs, 1 cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer

 

Lunch:

Fage greek yogurt with a sliced up peach, 1 egg, 2 turkey sausage, carrots, apple with a slice of cheese on top (I have had a super sweet tooth today)

 

Snack:

Carrots

 

Dinner:
Turkey burger with a slice of cheese, grilled onions, and some steamed green beans, and a cup of coffee with 2 tbsp. of creamer to stave off that sweet tooth

Awesome job on hitting all those goals!! Especially those squats...Squatting with 106lbs against your chest is no joke! =)
