I had a deep-tissue massage today. I finally broke down and let Stacey schedule one for me. I really needed this. As I write this, this is the first time I haven't been in pain in a few months now. I felt it was not really good to be popping 1200-1600mg of ibuprofen per day.
I am bruised from using the PVC pipe yesterday in exactly the spot the therapist found the worst of the knots, so I'm glad I was at least on the right track.

Huge spinach salad with tomatoes from the garden, red onion and red wine vinaigrette.
Red wine.
