NO TRAINING.

I had a deep-tissue massage today. I finally broke down and let Stacey schedule one for me. I really needed this. As I write this, this is the first time I haven't been in pain in a few months now. I felt it was not really good to be popping 1200-1600mg of ibuprofen per day.

I am bruised from using the PVC pipe yesterday in exactly the spot the therapist found the worst of the knots, so I'm glad I was at least on the right track.

NUTRITION:
6am-
200mg caffeine
2 panax ginseng capsules

645am-
50gr whey protein with 1 tsp cinnamon
2000mg fish oil
multivitamin

2pm-
Cheat meal. Hit the Wendy's drive thru. I haven't been there in a long time. Can you believe that a double cheese burger and gigantic fries and lemonade is over $8!

930pm-
Bunch of grassfed short ribs, slow-grilled with BBQ sauce.
Huge spinach salad with tomatoes from the garden, red onion and red wine vinaigrette.
Red wine.
Kirkland Signature Maximum Strength Vitamin D3 2000 I.U. 600 Softge...

Nature Made Fish Oil Omega-3 1200mg, 300 Softgels
NOW Foods Liver Detoxifier and Regenerator, 90 Capsules
Natrol Melatonin Timed Release Tablets, 3mg 100 ea

Yay! Glad that you are feeling better.  I had a few of those massages when I was in P.T.  They do work wonders... :)

$8 is insane. If knowing the ill effects the food will cause your body isn't enough to scare you away, the price sure will! Well, at least of most of us. ;)

Again, glad you are feeling better...continue taking it easy today!

Oh, can't say anything about Kirklad, but I do like those other brands of supps...
