Korean ginseng

1 tbsp coconut oil
jerky and almonds
fish oil
cod liver oil
vitamin D
chromium picolinate

145pm-
1 tsp coconut oil
4 eggs fried in coconut oil
about 6oz of leftover steak
fish oil
cod liver oil
Siberian ginseng

4pm-
2 Hydroxycut Hardcore caps

10pm-
1 tbsp coconut oil
huge salad with:
5 strips of bacon
1 whole large organic, free range chicken breast (fried in bacon grease)
spinach
one whole large avocado
whole bunch of cauliflower and broccoli
raw sunflower seeds
kalamata olives
sliced onion
grape tomatoes
baby carrots
homemade salad dressing (50/50 mix of EVOO and basalmic vinegar, mixed in about a pint jar with 1 tbsp of granulated garlic, 1 tbsp of black pepper, 1 tbsp of kosher salt).

vitamin D

Will hit the Zn, Mg, B6, and melatonin later.

Yes...just drive until I find some good hills. Sometimes I have a general idea of where I want to end up, but not always.

Hyungs are sets of techniques arranged in set patterns. They are called kata in Japanese styles. I guess metabolically they are like doing burpees or sprints for about 45-60 seconds each. They are done as hard as you can possibly do them to get better.

Jim, what exactly is a Hyung?  I understand  it is something for martial arts, but what?
