FOOD LOG:

- Cup of coffee with creamer

- Bacon breakfast burrito from Sonic
- 4 tots
- Half of Gavin's Bacon Breakfast Toaster (Sooo, cheat Breakfast? Hey, it's my birthday..LoL!)
2:00PM
- 1.5oz package of Planters "Cocoa Cinnamon" almonds
- 20z Diet Coke
- Bowl of romaine with a can of chicken breast thrown on top. Drizzled with a little Brianna's ceasar dressing & seasoned with ground pepper
6:45PM
- 3 pork tacos: seasoned pork on 3 large corn tortillas with homemade salsa, cabbage, lemon juice & a bit of greek yogurt (sour cream)
9:00PM
- "3" Triple Execution": Essentially a mini pudding type cake with cookie crumbs on top
TRAINING:
5:10ish (borrowed a set of 35s this afternoon and worked out at home)
- 6 Ladders (Tried to incorporate swings after each set of presses, but didn't have chalk which allowed the handle to get slippery and the wide handle shot my grip. Made it about 1.5 Ladders with 30seconds of swings after each set. Actually, now that I think of it, bent rows would have been the better substitution for my usual pullups)
- 5 minutes of Hindu Pushups: 8 pushups at the top of each minute
