- Snickers "Peanut Butter" (super stressful afternoon...ended up napping for about 20-25minutes a half an hour after eating it..LoL)

- 2 Pork tacos
6:30PM (Post-Workout)
- Scoop of vanilla protein with 2tsp of psyllium fiber
- Small Fuji apple
8:15PM
- Double Burger Salad: Romaine, 2 beef patties, half an avocado, half a small tomato, 2 pickle slices, ketchup & mustard
TRAINING:
5:45PM
- Deadlifts @ 200lbs: 5 sets of 5
- Walking lunges with 35lb bell overhead: 4 passes over the training floor
- Dbl KB Front Squats with the 53s: 5 sets of 5
