FOOD LOG:

 

7:30AM

- About 1/2 a cup of coffee with little creamer 

8:45AM

- 2 slices of thick cut bacon

- 1 egg with 2 large whites cooked in leftover bacon fat

11:00AM

- 5 heaping spoonfuls of nonfat greek yogurt, handful of sliced almonds, 1tsp honey and cinnamon

1:00PM

- 8oz leftover chowder

- 1/2 a medium cucumber, speared and seasoned with a little salt and ground pepper

3:00PM

- 1/2C trail mix

8:00PM

- A handful of chips and a palmful of trail mix while waiting for my hamburger to cook (kinda starving after 5hrs!)

- Hamburger salad: Romaine, beef patty, tomato slices, two pickle slices, a little less than half an avocado(didn't halve it exactly even), drizzled with ketchup & mustard

 

TRAINING:

- None... my 5 year old had his first football practice tonight and wasn't left with much time to make it to the gym.
