Boise Kettlebell Lifting

FOOD LOG:

 

7:00-8:00AM

- Coffee with creamer

9:00AM

- A bit of ham

- The rest of the pork sausage & cabbage with an egg fried in butter

1:30PM

- Can of tuna mixed with mayo, 2 sliced celery stalks, raisins and finely chopped walnuts

- Handful of raw whole walnuts

4:30PM

- Stalk of celery with almond butter & raisins

- Palmful of "indulgent" trail mix

5:00PM

- Another palmful of trail mix

- 1 String cheese

6:45PM

- Scoop of Vanilla protein with 2tsp psyllium fiber

- Half a king size 3 Musketeer bar (I plead "peer pressure" (haha) and it was post-workout so bound to due less damage than any other time of the day)

7:45PM

- About a cup worth of jumbalaya with 3 cheese sausage

 

TRAINING:

 

6:00PM

- Dbl KB Front Squats with two 53lb bells: 5 sets of 5 (2-2.5min rest between sets)

- Deadlifts @ 195lbs: 5 sets of 5

- Reverse Lunges with 35lb bell: 2 sets of 10 (my right hip was giving me trouble so wasn't able to get my usual 5 sets in)

See how that works guys? You list it as "simple sugars" instead of calling it what it is....LoL...I like that! =)

I have to add that the candy bar wasn't as enjoyable as it once would have been...but had it been in my fridge instead of Jim's...there wouldn't have been much stopping me from eating it anyway... ;)

Hmmm. Where did the 3Musketeers come from?

 

OK...I'll own up. I had a huge bar and gave her 1/2 of it to get it out of my sight. She took one for the team, to prevent me from eating all of it...That was my 50gr of "simple sugars" in my log postworkout today.
