FOOD LOG:

 

7:30-9:00AM

- Coffee with creamer

10:30AM

- 2 eggs & 2 whites with shaved parmesan & pepper, cooked in a little butter

1:30PM

- Can of chicken mixed with mayo, celery, tomato, half an avocado, chopped baby carrots, finely chopped walnuts & pepper

4:00PM

- 2 stalks of celery with almond butter and raisins

7:00PM

- Scoop of protein with 1T brown sugar & 2tsp of psyllium fiber

9:00PM
- Small bowl of leftover pork sausage cooked with cabbage. Topped it with a fried egg

 

Dirty Deeds of the Day:

- Palm full of Mike&Ikes (they are gone now)

- 1 apple flavored Twizzler

I can fully admit that I haven't exactly administered THAT much self control over the sweets/junk, lately. I'm not going crazy (with the exception of this last weekend) but I'm allowing too many "slip ups". Today while admiring the physical progress I have made, I realized that I really need to put my foot down and regain that control and structure I've allowed to slack. I have goals in mind and half-assing it isn't going to get me there.

 

TRAINING:

 

6:00PM

- 5 Ladder sets (Double presses with Pullups)

- Bicep Curls with two 15lb dumbbells backed with Hindu Pushups: 5 sets of 12 curls/10 pushups

- Bicep Curls with two 20lb dumbbells for 1 set of 10
