FOOD LOG:
7:00AM
- Cup of coffee with creamer
8:00AM
- Scoop of vanilla protein
10:30AM
- 2 egg omlette smothered in shredded cheddar cheese and topped with tomato slices (only had 2 eggs left; had hoped for 3)
- 2 Apricots
10:45AM
- Butt end slice of OroWeat Healthfull Nutty Grain bread; toasted with butter and a sugar/cinnamon blend. (Hunger level was pretty high when I got home...didn't feel like my eggs were doing enough and didn't have patience to cook up bacon)
1:40PM
- Hamburgar patty topped with a slice of cheddar, mustard, 3 pickle slices & 2 tomato slices
- Cup of steamed cauliflower with butter
Left the house after this to drop the kids off at my father-in-laws to start our wedding anniversary celebration. I won't list all I ate or drank. Let's just say I enjoyed myself. =)
TRAINING:
9:00AM
- Dbl KB Front Squats with 53s: 5 sets of 5
- Reverse lunges with the 35: 5 sets of 10 per leg
(No deadlifts as my lower back was a little bothersome)
- No training to report for today (14th) and as far as nutrition, well...the celebration extended into today as well...
